SPN WRC, did you fish those glorious looking waters and if so, did you get anything?

I noticed that Chris (UKKiwi) had setup on the opposite side of the road to everyone else. I'm still confused as to why..?

He is of Kay One Double Ewe One extraction mate... he isn't comfortable unless there is a ditch between him and the Orstraylyans.

 >:D >:D >:D
...

If it's Tourist Season why is it illegal to shoot 'em?.

Great report, great shots, well done. Looks like a fun weekend for all. Glad you all had a genuine mid west experience manicured turf wouldn't have been realistic :)

I did one day. The beach wasn't as easy to access as originally though. I reckon if you fished first or last light you would have done alright. I on the other hand through a line in the middle of the day and got stripped by pickers. Was a beautiful day though, and Daniel went for a swim standing up right. You'll see. 4btrekker went for a fish and cleaned up on Dart. Had a cook up and they weren't too bad actually. Worth fishing if you go up there though. I'll be more prepared and set an alarm next time.

Here's one of Nikki's photo's.
She won a silver for it at her photography club, the only reason she didn't get gold was because the patrol was in it ???
I think the judges need educating.

I'll put it back up when I'm allowed.

All I can say Howezit is 'watch and learn'.  We arrived only a short time before you and when considering the option of setting up camp next to Team Budds and in front of the Fortress Evil, right in the 'thick of things' and near the campfire ... one knows from experience that the chances of close company 'tuning up', once the 'zzz's get going, are extremely high.  UKKiwi likes a quiet life when he can get it & avoiding an ear bashing at 2am from Walter is always a good option .... ( eh, babycakes ;) ) ..... hence the secluded sleeping arrangement :)
