Started the day at Bindoon Bakery for breakfast

Drove to New Norcia, was slow, was approx 5 8.5m wide dump truck trays heading north

Spent approx 1 hour in the museum/art gallery, they have some interesting things
Did the 2 hour guided tour around the main building's including a Piano and pipe organ demo from one of the local monks

Followed by lunch at the New Norcia Hotel, No photo to busy stuffing my face
Then home via Bindoon Bakery again to keep the wifes custard tart cravings under control
I think its worth a look, there is far more history there then i had thought, to the point the entire town is owned by the 11 monks, they own the roadhouse, Hotel and approx 20000 acres of farmland around the area.
