whats the cost difference with going to Austrax as opposed to Toodyay C'Van park
per person / per group?

apart from the obvious (NO power & water) what other benefits are there with moving the Cookup from Toodyay to Austrax

being August, it will probably be cold and windy and raining (not that it usually does that) but heating and keeping dry are interesting points

just putting it out there.................

any and all complaints are always well received

We could apply for the trip subsidy for half the cost that would cover members going and any of the guests would pay a nominal fee.

Power and Water Will only affect those that are not self sufficient.

Fire wood is FREE!!!!!!!!!

The Donga's and Camp Kitchen are close by.

As it stands at the moment with the numbers that have indicated they intend to attend and using a $250 contribution from the club you would be looking at approx. $42 per car for the weekend. As opposed to $64 for two people at the CP. If no subsidy then it would be $84 (per car) at Brookton vs $64 at Toodyay (for 2 people).

I know of at least 3 or 4 guest that are interested in attending this so the cost has already come down in theory ($50 Vs $64).

So the cost will continue to depend on the number of attendee's. The more there are the lower the cost, also we are not limited to the number we can have.

I eagerly await your reply......... 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) :cup:
