Distance: Approx. 250km round trip (not including and 4WDriving) Approx. 2hrs each way.

Meeting time: 1000. Last one there has to do the trip report.
Dog Friendly: Yes but must remain on a lead.
Description: This is the WPC annual Gymkhana with novelty events, quiz and some topics of interest for members to broaden their knowledge.
Camping on site for Tents, Caravans and Swags. The donga's will be kept vacant so that the ablutions can be used by all on site.
The cost at this stage is TBA and will depend on numbers attending. There are no powered sites, however generators are allowed. There are also no connections for water so I suggest you fill your tanks at home. The nearest dump point is Brookton.

1230 – Lunch
1300 – How to Lead a Trip (Budds)
1400 – Intro to 12 Volts (Superjacs)
1530 – Intro to Photography Basics (TBA)
1700 – Dinner (Communal No Gas/Electric Cook up)
1900 – WPC Quiz (Budds)
Sunday 23rd – Gymkhana Day
Due to change in change in circumstances Gymkhana not happening
Monday 24th - Departure
Pack up and clean site prior to departing
Comms: Primary: UHF channel 20; Secondary: UHF Channel 18
What to Bring: Recovery Gear, Air Compressor, First Aid Kit, Camping Gear, Food and Beverages, Plenty of water, Camera’s and a wicked sense of humour.
