What: Weekender WPC Gymkhana and Bush University

Where: Austrax 4X4 Brookton (TBC)
   
When: Friday 25 to Tuesday 29 September 2020

Who: WPC Members and Newbies

Trip Leader: Budds

Terrain:
1 - Relatively Easy (Beginners)
2 - Moderate to Easy
3 - Moderate
4 - Moderate to Serious
5 - Serious and Endurance


Rating out of 5 will be?: 1 to 3

Distance: Approx 250km round trip depending where you live

Description: This is the annual club Gymkhana. This weekend is about getting together as a club, a bit of exploring, some fun events and quiz night and as always, the communal cook up. The winner of the event gets a really nice trophy for the year and a miniature to keep.

Come for one day or stay the weekend, that is the beauty of being so close to Perth.

The communal cook up will be on the Saturday Night, when you post that you are coming along please also post what you will be cooking and if it will be Entre, Main or Dessert. Or a combination of all of the above.

Stay tuned for the program of events and also the list of learning subjects.

I am also looking for some volunteers to help with learning topics that they would like to share with fellow cubbies

Car Limit: Open

Dog Friendly: Yes On a Leash.

Comms: UHF channel 20

What To Bring: Recovery Gear, Camera, Food and Drink for four days, First Aid Kit and UHF Radio.

Day Trip Mid-Week Meander.

Who: Members, Family and Guests

When: Thursday 20th August 2020

Trip Leader: Budds

Where: Dwellingup Reccy

Terrain:
1 - Relatively Easy (Beginners)
2 - Moderate to Easy
3 - Moderate
4 - Moderate to Serious
5 - Serious and Endurance

Distance: Approx. 250km round trip (Hey its a Reccy)

Meeting Point: The Carpark of The Pinjarra Bakery, Pinjarra

Meeting time: 0900 for a 0930 departure. Last one there gets the trip report.

Dog Friendly: NO

Description: This is a Mid-Week Meander to Reccy some of the surrounding areas for future weekend trips. This trip will be exploring the region of Dwellingup. The aim is to try and locate some nice shady spots for lunch and morning tea stops.

The club recover gear will be available for use along with some portable UHFs.

Comms: Primary: UHF channel 20; Secondary: UHF Channel 18

What to Bring: Recovery Gear, Air Compressor, First Aid Kit, Lunch, Snacks, water and your camera and dont forget your GPS because more than one is good.
